At Thermopia, we are committed to delivering your sauna safely, transparently, and with the level of care your investment deserves. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Lead Times

Thermopia saunas are sourced factory-direct from overseas manufacturers and shipped via international sea freight. Please allow 30 to 60 business days from order confirmation for your sauna to arrive at the destination port and complete last-mile delivery to your address. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, port conditions, and carrier availability.

Free Shipping

Thermopia offers free shipping on all orders to qualifying addresses. Our standard free shipping covers LTL freight curbside delivery. If you require inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, or debris removal, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.


Freight Delivery Instructions

All Thermopia saunas are delivered via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. Because of the size and weight of these shipments, the delivery process differs from standard parcel delivery. Please follow these instructions carefully:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • Before the driver departs, inspect all packaging and all visible surfaces of the unit thoroughly.
  • If you observe any damage — no matter how minor it appears — note it clearly and specifically on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading before signing. Do not sign for a shipment as "clear" if any damage is visible.
  • If damage is severe and the unit appears structurally compromised, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please contact us at support@thermopia.com immediately if you choose to refuse a delivery for this reason.
  • Signing for a delivery without noting damage limits your ability to file a damage claim.

Damage Claims

Despite careful packaging and handling, damage can occasionally occur during freight transit. To protect your rights:

  • Any damage must be reported to Thermopia within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@thermopia.com with photos of the damage and a copy of the delivery receipt.
  • Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
  • Damage that was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of signing may not be eligible for a claim.

We will work with you to resolve legitimate damage claims as efficiently as possible, including arranging replacement parts or units where appropriate.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. As sea freight logistics can involve multiple carriers and handoffs, tracking updates may not be real-time at every stage. Our team monitors all shipments and will proactively communicate any significant developments.


Pricing Disclaimer

All prices displayed on the Thermopia website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect or mis-stated price. If your order is affected by a pricing error, we will contact you promptly to offer the option to purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.


Shipping Disclaimer

Thermopia is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, port congestion, weather events, or other circumstances outside our direct control. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
