What's Covered
Structural & Frame
5 Years
Cedar and hemlock structural panels, framing, and bench assemblies.
Heating System
2 Years
All heater units, infrared emitters, and temperature control systems.
Electrical & Controls
1 Year
Control panels, wiring, digital displays, and lighting components.
Exclusions
- Normal wood expansion, contraction, and natural aging patina
- Damage from improper installation or misuse
- Commercial or non-residential use
- Cosmetic wear from regular use
Making a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email support@thermopia.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We respond within 24 hours and arrange resolution at no cost to you.
